How to Integrate Zendesk with Bubobot

1. Go to Integrations in your Bubobot dashboard.
2. Select Add integration.
3. Choose Zendesk as the integration type.
4. Friendly name: Enter a friendly name for the integration to easily identify it later.
5. Zendesk API Token: Paste the API Token for your Zendesk account.
6. Subdomain: Enter your Zendesk subdomain.
7. Email: Enter the email you would like to receive the notifications.
8. Subject: Enter the subject for the notification email from Bubobot.
9. Priority: Set a priority for the incident - Low, Normal, High, or Urgent.
10. Status: Set a status for the incident response - New, Open, Pending, or Solved.
11. Affecting Monitors: Choose to apply this integration to your existing or future monitors.
12. Click Save integration to complete the setup.
